Feasibility Assessment: When you accept our proposal, we begin a broad appraisal of your Moroccan venture. This includes an evaluation of the market for your goods, services or technology, the competitive environment, the distribution channels and the importation and other government protocols.   We would examine and evaluate your options if they are relevant.  

Our appraisal will rest on three major factors, research among appropriate people, benchmarking and our knowledge of your industry in Morocco.

We will design diagnostic programs to learn the market and other issues regarding your business goals in Morocco.  These issues include demand, competition, distribution channels, pricing practices, cultural considerations, logistics, legal issues, government constraints and taxes.  

We will interview prospective customers, distributors, competitors, associates or partners as well as government and other appropriate sources.

Business Plan: The next step is for us to work with you in designing and developing a comprehensive Business Plan.  This document will bring together the basis for your undertaking the venture in Morocco. We will work with you to create a successful entry strategy and to lay it out completely in the Plan.  The strategy will include a time schedule and define in detail our recommendations for you to follow in successfully entering or expanding in Morocco.
