We are a consortium of senior consultants, each with years of experience in business development and management.   Each has been face-to-face with the problems that you will be encountering in doing business in Morocco, and thus can bring you his practical operating experience to bear on our clients' projects.  These are the members of Crown Consulting Group:

  Tarik Lafou  is the CEO and founder of Crown Consulting.  He formed Crown Consulting with three other founders. He has spent 12 years in the United States and two in Switzerland before founding Crown Consulting. Before that, he was the chairman of AML Consulting Group.  He was, concurrently, a General Partner in LT Corp, a consultancy that evaluated real property investments in Morocco for U.S clients. Tarik has a Master of Science in Finance and Banking from HEC Lausanne. He was the Valedictorian of the University of Miami in 2002 where he obtained an MBA specializing in Quality management and Investment finance. He attended Eckerd College, Florida where he received his BA (in International business) with honors. He has been an active organizer and participant in seminars in The United States and a member of related professional societies including the American society for quality, the Miami Business charter.

Amine Sassi is a founder and a board member of Crown Consulting. He set the first milestones of Crown existence. He works intensively with major industrial parks, foreign and local operators and contract manufacturers in Morocco and England. He is the actual general manager of one of the biggest law firms in Morocco.  Amine has a PhD in law  from Manchester University. He currently teaches at ENCG Agadir (one of the top leading business schools in the country)

Anis Zyat has graduated from CADI AYAD (Marrakech), where he obtained a low degree. He has worked intensively many years in setting up complicated contracts. He completed assignments in a couple of public notaries' office. He is a knowledgeable speaker in the area of cultural contrasts
